You are not required to be home for delivery, but it is strongly encouraged. When items are placed at the delivery location they are in your possession and are then your responsibility to keep dry, safe and undamaged.

Outdoor events can be unpredictable and rain does happen. Do your best to protect the equipment from water and keep it dry. Equipment left out in a storm or obvious water damage will incur fees

Our warehouse is open for pickup and delivery by appointment. Appointments are set between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm M-F
