How Delivery Works

Place your order and confirm your delivery date and time window.

We finalize delivery logistics and site details with you.

Deliver
Our team delivers equipment to your venue. Setup is included for frame tents.

Pickup
After your event, we return to pick up all equipment.
Delivery
- Typically the day before your event
- Same-day delivery available for some items
- 2–4 hour windows (morning or afternoon)
- We’ll call 30 minutes before arrival
Pickup

- Same-day pickup available on request
- Have equipment accessible for our team
- Stack chairs; no tent breakdown needed
Your Checklist
